6 – 8 MARCH 2015 AT BOLOGNAFIERE 2nd FAMAART SHOWCASE OF ITALIAN AND EUROPEAN PICTURE FRAME AND GRAPHIC ARTS EXCELLENCE

Three days (one day more than the 2014 edition) offering a preview of upcoming product releases at a tradeshow covering more than 6 000 sqm to accommodate more than double the number of exhibitors and bring together the best Italian and European industry players.

The upcoming Famaart, Europe’s only picture frame industry tradeshow - organized by BolognaFiere in partnership with FAMA Europe, the European consortium of picture frame manufacturers – will gather all major international manufacturers under one roof at the Bologna Tradeshow District from 6 to 8 March 2015.

This year’s show is markedly more international - even though the first edition of this trade-only show in 2014 attracted buyers from more than 40 countries. This second edition will be attended by manufacturers of frames and filets, producers of cutting, assembly, fixing and graphic arts machinery and tools, as well as specialists in accessories for the fine arts, museum and conservation sectors. The venue is a vast showcase of all the novelties coming out in the industry, from high quality design to top-end products and production technology.

More than 80 companies will be exhibiting, providing visitors with a broad overview of the best Italian and international production.

Famaart returned to Bologna in 2014 thanks to a multi-year agreement between the Bologna Trade Fair and FAMAEurope and was an immediate hit with the industry, which came in large numbers to enjoy a full 2-day immersion in the creativity, technology, innovation and quality design being produced by the best European manufacturers. The result was a strong signal to the market that projected Italian manufacturing districts onto the international stage.
